We hit the Platinum Cup, starting with the CPUs off, which is composed of the following 3 tracks. Vid timeline:

(0:00) Intro.

(1:37) Sunahara Desert.

Don't get distracted by that huge aircraft as you manage hyper jumps and curves.

(5:15) Sendai Outpost.

Alternate routes don't normally serve as short cuts. So I was surprised to find the one featured here did.

(9:52) Caldera Post.

A longer, liner track with hyper jumps in which one can collide with bridges. There's fog here, which can impact visibility.
