How to choose where to live in the country side

Not all land is safe just because it looks beautiful.

Claire and I are choosing a homestead, but it’s more than just views.

We’re looking at water table depth, surrounding farms, pesticide drift, even the age of nearby residents.

Living near sprayed crops, golf courses, or shallow groundwater can silently wreck your health.

So here’s what we’re prioritizing: deep clean water, wildflowers, minimal wind drift, and a conscious community.

You can’t detox if your home is toxic.
