A sparrow learns to eat mealworms.

A fledgling sparrow is used to having parents tear the mealworm in half after feeding a whole worm. This is why the bird lunges at the adult male sparrow. At around 0:57 the daddy sparrow does tear the worm in half.

You can tell the sparrows apart because the baby sparrow / recently fledged or juvenile sparrow has fluffy feathers and parts of the beak are yellow. The father sparrow has a black bib and grey crown.
