David & Shari Willis SCAMMERS Point Zero Energy Weston Idaho

Order number 50330. Point Zero energy has refused to respond to my emails and apparently lied to Capital One and denied their scam of selling me a USED item that was not represented as such and expected to be new probably not knowing how much evidence I collected and archived. I've already contacted the Idaho State Attorney General's Office. The first section of video shows the unpacking. I suspected as soon as I saw the box that something was off because I could tell it wasn't the proper box that my first one came in. As soon as I opened it and saw all the bubble wrap I knew my suspicions were correct. It was wrapped up and taped with the bubble wrap you see instead of in nice professional factory foam packaging like all the other stuff I've bought from them. Within seconds I could see all the dirt and dust and rust and signs of wear and use all over the product as shown in the video. The second section of video shows the email they sent out advertising that they found more units to sell which seemed odd but I had no reason to believe or even think that they would rip me off so I placed the order since it would be my last chance to buy a new unit from the company as they were going out of business. The video shows the email and then I click the link and go to their website. They clearly indicate that some of the OTHER models are "ding and dent" which in my opinion is a nice way to say "used" meaning they were probably trade show models or whatever. However, for the original Titan model there is no indication whatsoever in the email or the website that they are not new. The website shows out of stock because according to the inventory counter on the website at the time I purchased the last one. Why would David and Shari Willis do this to a good customer? I purchased an original Titan and three LIFEPO batteries and charger for about $5,700 back in 2024 and then during their going out of business sale another batteries, another charger, and this control module all for almost another $3,000 only to be scammed and sold used or repaired merchandise. I'm hoping they make this right and I don't have to track them down as a citizen journalist and post videos of me asking them why they refuse to do the ethical and honorable thing and instead want to rip off hard working loyal repeat customers?
