Not all negative reviews are bad. In fact, they can increase your conversions. As long as you're not drowning in 1-star ratings, mid-tier reviews (3–4 stars) build trust and social proof. Nobody believes a product with only 5-star reviews — it looks fake. Real products get real feedback. I've got products rated 3.5 to 4 stars that are absolutely crushing it. One person’s complaint might be another person’s reason to buy — like someone saying the shoes are “too flashy.” That could be exactly what the next customer wants.
