Learn how to make crispy, golden Accordion Potato Fries — the viral, eye-catching snack that's as fun to make as it is to eat! Perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection, these twisty fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Serve them with your favorite dips or enjoy them on their own!

Ingredients :

-Aloo 3 -4 ( Potatoes )
-Corn flour 1/2 cup
-Maida 1/4 cup ( All purpose Flour)
-Dhania 2 tsp ( Coriander Powder )
-Chicken Powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder 1 tsp ( Roasted Cumin Powder )
-Namak 1 tsp ( salt ) or as per taste
-Lal Mirch Powder 1/2 tbsp ( Red Chili Powder )
-Amchur powder 1/2 tbsp
-Mix Herbs 1/2 tbsp
-Water as required ( Pani )
-Peri Peri Masala as required
-Cooking oil as required

Direction For Cooking:

-Choose long, medium-sized potatoes
-Wash potatoes then peel off the potatoes.
-Cut the potatoes in rectangular shape to make uniform slices and cuts on both sides.
-Dip into water then take a bowl add corn flour , all purpose flour , salt , chicken powder , coriander powder , roasted cumin powder , red chili powder , mix herbs mix altogether then add water but gradually make sure it's not too
dense or thin.
-Now coat potatoes with this mixture.
-Fry the fries until golden and crisp then sprinkle some peri peri masala and enjoy with your favourite dip.
