The Witcher 3, Just for Fun, pt.51

I am on my final wish but cannot figure out how to get further in it. I must be missing a key or another part of the house. I am trying to find Iris Van Everic, but I cannot find her. I had to beat a beast by the name of Caretaker, who was mighty indeed but responded with Igni (fire).
