In this episode of Rowdy Homestead Ranch, Mrs. Homeworld shows how we make homemade salsa using fresh garden tomatoes, jalapeños, and home-dried cilantro—plus a few extras from the market like onions. 🌱

Everything is simmered down in our electric roaster oven (yes, it works great!) before being water-bath canned for pantry storage. Along the way, we walk you through the step-by-step canning process—including how to keep hard water from clouding up your mason jars. 💧🫙

And yep—one of our jars cracked during the water bath! We left it in the video because this is real homesteading, not a picture-perfect TV kitchen. Mistakes happen, and we learn from ‘em.
