Wrath generally refers to strong, vengeful anger often in response to sin or injustice. Passionate anger that prompts action, typically in the context of divine judgement. God's wrath is a measured and just response to human behavior. It is when WE chose to act, instead of the Divine, that we get ourselves into trouble. Consider yourself when responding to your perceived slights.
