Miste is shocked by what she heard is taking place in family court during the first meeting at the State Capitol. The family court judges who hear CPS cases are the same judges who hear divorce and custody cases. Miste learned that the same corruption she has witnessed in CPS cases is also happening in custody disputes. Why do our judges continue to place custody of abused children with their abuser?
