Nintendo Makes OFFICIAL Casting Announcement for The Legend of Zelda Movie

Nintendo made their official casting announcement for the parts of Zelda and Link in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda movie.

In a typical Nintendo fashion, Nintendo dropped this news in a post on X at a random time in the week without any buildup to what is a big story. There has been a lot of speculation online over who will play the two lead roles and now it’s confirmed Bo Bragason will play the character Zelda while Benjamin Evan Ainsworth will play Link. So far the reception online seems mostly positive with many praising the decision to cast relatively unknown actors instead of appeasing activist who have been pushing for a trans Zelda by championing Hunter Schafer for the role.
