Mini Cut Week 5: Balancing Progress & Life’s Indulgences

Week 5 of the mini cut coming at you - hit a new low weigh-in today but progress has been slower than expected after that Georgia vegfest and St. Augustine trip with Ally. Currently on the exercise bike doing my morning cardio while talking to you guys because I like multitasking on the bike - no injury risk and I can reply to client check-ins. Even my offseason athletes get a minimum 4 sessions of 20 minutes per week for heart health. I do 5 fasted sessions, 25 minutes each, aiming for 120 heart rate. Heading to New York next week so the cut might run longer than planned, but I'm making the most of life while still making progress where I can.
