This video will explain how to reform your caravan after completing a quest ( although it doesn't allow you to ).

In this quest, I was supposed to loot a gravcore ( which I did ) but still couldn't reform caravan after looting it.

Apparently, I was supposed to kill all robots and mechanoids and turrets... but didn't feel like doing it.

So my only way to fix this was to go at the edge of the map ( any sides ) and auto-reform caravan this way.
