🔥YOURE GOING TO WANT TO WATCH THIS ONE IN ITS ENTIRETY🔥

For those of you just tuning in, you might wonder why I start with such declarations. It’s because we live in a voice-activated kingdom, and your voice is powerful—more than you might realize. Today, I want to share some deep truths and encouragement that I believe will transform how you see your role in God’s kingdom, especially in these challenging times. We’re called not just to watch but to speak, to act, and to stand firm as lighthouses in a world that desperately needs the light of hope.

The Weight of Leadership and the Call to Grow

This morning, I come to you with a heavy heart. I’ve been on my face, crying and wrestling with God about whether I’ve been too hard on you, pushing too much, or failing in some way. I asked, “Lord, have I been caustic? Have I failed you?” But then God reminded me of Jesus’ own journey. Jesus was strong and tough, yes, but He was also filled with grace. When He withdrew to pray, He grieved over the human condition—the stubbornness, the refusal to grow, the hardness of hearts. That’s where I find myself sometimes, grieving because so many of us resist the growth God calls us into.

My friend and wife Michaela pointed out that my expectations might be too high. I agree they are high, but here’s why: We're alway going to get something below the point to which the bar has been set. If I set my expectations low, we’ll never reach the heights God wants for us. High expectations push us to strive, to rise, to become all that God has called us to be. It’s not about perfection but about obedience and growth. I want you to know that the expectations I have for you are the same I hold for myself. We’re all on this journey together.

Standing in the Gap: The Power and Importance of Prayer

Last night, I received a deeply humbling and encouraging message from Patricia Bailey. She repented for not standing in the gap when called to pray publicly during our prayer calls. Now, this isn’t about whether you pray for me personally or not—that’s not the point. The point is that when we gather corporately, and the call goes out, “Who will pray?” too often, silence follows. It’s easy to hide behind excuses like, “I pray at 3 p.m.,” or “Someone else will do it.” In Patricia's case she said, "I'm not as eloquent as the others."  This is a BOLD FACED LIE of the enemy.  It has nothing to do with eloquence.   We’ve been trained to stand in authority for years, yet many still hesitate to step up when it counts.

This hesitation is a lie from the enemy, a web of deception designed to keep your voice silent. You don’t have to be eloquent or perfect. You just have to open your heart and speak. Your prayers matter. Your declarations matter. The enemy wants you to think your prayers won’t be heard or that praying out loud gives him power to hear you. Let me tell you: if your prayer is meant for God, it reaches Him. Angels attend to it. The devil might hear, but he cannot break the code of the Spirit’s language. Don’t let fear or self-doubt silence you.

Jesus’ Example: Speaking with Authority and Taking Action

Consider the story of Jesus and the fig tree. The next morning after Jesus cursed the fig tree for bearing no fruit, it was withered from the roots up. This teaches us something profound: speaking God’s word activates spiritual change. Sometimes the results are immediate; sometimes there is a delay. But don’t let the delay mute your mouth. When you speak in faith, you are activating the spiritual realm. What you declare in obedience will manifest in time.

Jesus didn’t just speak to the fig tree—He also drove the money changers out of the temple with force and authority. He was intolerant of evil and corruption because it blocked people from God. We are called to do the same—not to be placid Christians who tolerate everything but to be loving yet firm, standing against the things that steal, kill, and destroy. We must speak to the mountains in our lives—the fears, doubts, lies, and obstacles—and command them to move. Jesus said, “Have faith in God. Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.”

The Reality of Spiritual Warfare and the Power of Your Voice

Spiritual battles are real. Demons and disembodied spirits hear you. When you speak the name of Jesus Christ with authority, they must obey. I challenge you: speak to the fears, the illnesses, the doubts that hold you captive. You don’t have to wait for someone else to pray for you first. Step up, speak out, and take your authority in Christ.

Let me share a personal story. At a conference, after praying for hundreds of people late into the night, I was exhausted and had lost my voice. The next morning, a woman approached me and said she had been healed the night before. When she mentioned that it happened when I prayed for her and touched her, my legs gave out, and I literally fell to the floor. It was the power of the Holy Spirit flowing through me, not my strength. This shows you how real and powerful our prayers are.

Transparency, Vulnerability, and Growth

Patricia’s vulnerability in admitting her struggle was a powerful reminder that transparency is the safest place to be. We’re all weak, frail, and at different points on our spiritual journey. The first step toward growth is acknowledging where we need to improve. Just as an alcoholic must admit their condition before recovery can begin, we must acknowledge our weaknesses before God can strengthen us.

Don’t hide behind masks or fear of imperfection. Be yourself, be transparent, and use every opportunity to grow. This community is a safe place to practice speaking out loud, praying publicly, and stepping into the fullness of what God has called you to be.

Living in a Voice-Activated Kingdom

God has been teaching us repeatedly that we live in a voice-activated kingdom. Your voice is your spiritual thumbprint. When your voice is silent, you’re missing from the register of heaven. You cannot just sit and watch anymore. If you want God’s blessing and divine hand on your life, you must release your voice through worship, prayer, declarations, and praise.

It’s no coincidence that shortly after hearing this message, I received an email from my bank with the words: “Your voice makes a difference.” This is confirmation that God is stirring a movement, calling a generation to rise up in boldness and take their position in the kingdom. Whether you feel called to ministry or not, your voice matters. Every time you speak in faith, you effect change in the spiritual and natural realms.

The Coming Shaking and Our Role as Beacons of Hope

We are living in unprecedented times. The great shaking the Bible prophesied is here—it’s already begun. Many will be rattled and shaken, including those who appear spiritually strong. But God is preparing us to be unshakable, to be lighthouses and beacons of hope in the coming storm. We won’t be caught off guard because we’ve been trained, equipped, and hardened in the fire of God’s refining.

A powerful testimony from Katie, a woman who drowned in the Texas floods and visited heaven, reminds us that God is not distant or angry but a loving Father trying to get our attention. She saw visions of America and the spiritual darkness it’s engulfed in, but also the hope that arises when people turn to prayer, love, and community. The storms and hardships ahead are not punishments but rescue missions designed to strip away distractions and bring us back to God.

Obedience Over Eloquence: Speak Out and See the Change

Many hesitate to pray or speak out loud because they fear they aren’t eloquent enough or worry about making a fool of themselves. This is a lie of the enemy. God is more interested in your obedience than your skill. Speak what God puts on your heart. Use your voice to rebuke fear, doubt, and lies. Declare healing, peace, and victory. Your words will produce fruit, even if you don’t see immediate results.

Jesus said, “By your words, you will be acquitted, and by your words, you will be condemned. Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” Choose life. Choose to speak boldly. The delay you see is not failure; it is the spiritual realm working on your behalf. Trust God’s timing.

Conclusion: Step Into Your Calling

Brothers and sisters, we are called for such a time as this. The days ahead will be challenging, but they are also full of opportunity. God is raising up a generation of warriors, intercessors, and kingdom builders who will be the light in the darkness. Your voice is a weapon, a tool of transformation, and a beacon of hope.

Don’t shy away from praying publicly. Don’t hesitate to speak out when you’re invited. Practice here, grow in boldness, and prepare for the mighty works God wants to do through you. This is not a time to be silent or passive. This is a time to roar with the Lion of Judah’s power.

Thank you, Patricia Bailey, for your vulnerability and leadership. Thank you all for being part of this journey. Let us keep pressing forward, speaking boldly, and standing firm in faith.

God bless you. Keep speaking. Keep growing. Your voice makes a difference.
