So it's true? 77-Year-Old Woman Forcibly Evicted in Broad Daylight, Despite Arbitration Award, UCC Filings, Trust Status, and 15 Years of Fighting the System. She followed every lawful path. They kicked down the door anyway.

This is the true story of Joyce Decormier a 77-year-old American State National, widow, woman of faith, and private trust fiduciary who lawfully fought foreclosure for 15 years, and on July 14, 2025, was forcefully removed from her home by a swarm of public officials who had zero legal standing.

She did everything right.
She recorded her status.
She transferred her property into a private trust.
She won a $2.67 million arbitration award.
She recorded it publicly.
She filed a $750,000 commercial lien.
She entered her arbitration award, trust documents, and status declaration into the court record.
She placed the Marshal on notice, not once, but multiple times.
She filed UCCs, affidavits, land claims, an adverse possession with allodial title.
She even published a Notice of Private Trust Property and Commercial Liability warning that unauthorized removal would trigger $133 million in damages per violation.

They ignored it all.

On Monday morning July 14, 2025, the Marshal and seven armed vehicles showed up no verified warrant, no verified standing, just a vague piece of paper that didn’t meet the statutory or commercial threshold of lawful eviction. They claimed she “abandoned” her property, twisting her words, ignoring her claim of trust ownership and commercial protections.

Joyce is a declared American State National.
