Amid the rollout of oppressive COVID-19 vaccine mandates, Dr. Moore chose to honor the informed wishes of concerned patients and parents—administering saline instead of mRNA shots to healthy adults and children, and discarding federally distributed vaccines so individuals could retain their jobs, attend school, travel, and continue daily life without coercion.
