Birthday Pool Party in Texas!

Celebrating Dave’s birthday week starting off with with a pool party for two. We walked the dogs and stopped by the dog park, then walked to the main pool where we cooled off and enjoyed stunning views of our community. Then for dinner we enjoy his favorite meal, steak and potatoes with homemade cole slaw and a carvel ice cream cake. That weekend we also try a Mediterranean restaurant in Southlake called Istanbul Cuisine. We loved the kabobs salmon and the excellent service. Later that week I met up with an old dear high school friend over some ramen and we reminisced about the good old days in our high school. Dave went on a bike ride around our neighborhood trails and found a new fishing spot.
