Opened on December 3, 2021, it spans 100,000 square meters and includes a 4-storey retail podium, three commercial office towers, a 5-star international hotel, and serviced apartments. The complex, developed by China Resources Land, integrates shopping, dining, offices, high-end residences, and a luxury hotel, designed to serve as a central hub in Shenzhen’s new financial district.
