Surveying The Lines - A Railroad Horror

People knew it only as The Hollow. Maps did not name it. Tucked between two ridgelines of broken granite, its trees leaned at odd angles, and shadows never left.

In June 1866, surveyors for Central Pacific Railroad were sent ahead to The Hollow. But that land is already spoken for. The surveyors soon learn some land is immune to man's ambition.

Nothing stops the railroad, until now.

An original scary story on the Terrifying Tales channel by CJ Knight.
