You might wonder why I don't leave and let my wife stay in the apartment. The reason is simple: if I leave, she can't afford to pay me out. Selling the apartment would leave her on the road, because she would not have enough to buy another one which isn't ideal for our children. Instead, I aim to pay her a substantial amount so she can start fresh, ensuring our kids have a stable childhood.

Our story began in 1999 when I met my wife at the seaside. We quickly connected and moved in together in 2004. We got married in 2005 and welcomed twin daughters in 2008. Over the years, I've noticed changes in her behavior, leading to our current situation.
