As per "scary letters"....

Don't do anything because we say to.
Seek to diagnose it and understand it.

As Scott says, roll your eyes backwards.
Read the exit document we provide in the class.

​Digest the words.
What do they say?

​If you receive a scary letter....

1. You already sent the exit documet.

That means you're finished.
It doesn't matter what they say, write, text, or email.

Did you get confirmation they received it?

Then they received it as per "Notice Knowledge Given" Uniform Commercial Code 1-202.

They will claim this upon YOU should they send a registered or certified letter.

But their letters ARE NOT certified nor registered because they can't claim authority over you without your consent.

Use the UCC to your advantage.
All of the IRS contract is CONTRACT LAW.

2. The letter says, "You Must File".

Oh really?
How so?
They have no contract with you anymore.

This may have been in their conveyor belt of generated paper since you only recently sent the exit document.

But cover yourself using UCC 1-303 course of performance.

3. The letter is to the IRS LEGAL ENTITY name.

In that exit letter you are vehemently stating you are not that, because you are a living man and you are rescinding a contract of fraud.

Bye IRS!

4. Further down the letter, they state, "may be, could be, etc".

They're trying to scare you back into contract.
If you fear this, you missed the lesson.
