70 Missing Verses [ 2nd Esdras ] | The Pit of Torment [ HELL ]

2nd Esdras is one of the 14 books of the APOCRYPHA, removed from the original 1611 King James Version Bible -- leaving a total of 66 books in current versions of the bible predominately distributed today.

The 70 Missing Verses are not part of the King James Version Apocrypha, but are revealed in the Cambridge Annotated Study Apocrypha - edited by Howard Clark Kee. These verses are also available in the NRSV Holy Bible with the Apocrypha - by Oxford University Press.
