I was back in my hometown this past weekend, so I was able to get over to Rubber City Weightlifting for another session. This is mostly the full session. I lightly edited a bit during the first half the session. I didn't leave my camera running during the couple of deadlift reps I did. My next session here will probably not be until Thanksgiving.
