Biden's Phone Interview with The New York Times. We find it odd that for a topic as important as this one that he did a phone interview. Wonder if the phone interview will ever be made available to the public to hear. Why didn't Biden make a personal appearance on a talk show or hold a news conference? It's suspicious.
