Ukraine says it killed two Russian agents suspected of assassinating senior Ukrainian intel officer

Ukraine's security service announced that it killed two Russian agents who they said assassinated a senior Ukrainian intelligence officer. Russian attacks on Ukraine have killed at least 9 people over the last 24 hours, according to Ukrainian officials. President Trump says he'll make a "major statement" on Russia Monday.
