This Crockpot Pulled Pork is melt-in-your-mouth good and couldn’t be easier to make! Just rub your pork loin with a sweet-and-smoky seasoning blend, throw it in the slow cooker with apple cider vinegar and broth, and let it do its thing. In 4 hours, you’ll have the juiciest pulled pork sandwiches ready to serve.

📝 Ingredients:
3–4 lb boneless pork loin
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
Seasonings: kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground mustard, cumin, black pepper, cayenne
8 soft sandwich rolls
👩‍🍳 Directions:

Trim excess fat from pork loin.
Mix all dry seasonings + brown sugar and rub over pork.
Place in crockpot, add broth & vinegar.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Shred pork, scoop onto rolls, and serve hot!
