GTAV: Time event run up the flood control channel near Vespucci Beach (Director Mode)-Date 8/10/2018

I wanted to see how fast I could go up the flood control channel near Vespucci Beach in a speed boat. The boat does bottom out a bit. The timer is how long it took minus the time it took to start and stop the video.
