This here is my unilateral bicep curl using cables Medium
First Set/Top Set
Right-Side

45KGS - Medium target rep range is 10 minimum, including the self spots.

I get a good number of full reps and proceed to do my usual modality of training, which is getting negative reps in until failure or utter form breakdown, whichever comes first. 🤔

I really love cables with biceps because it really help with keeping the tension. The pump "feels illegal" and, like my biceps, is going to rip out of my bloody skin. 🥵

Key thing : have the elbow in the bottom position pulled back to get more of a stretch/range of motion.
