Cycling into the Unknown. Forest Trails, Historic Lime Kilns & quarry

What began as a joyful bike ride turned into an unexpected adventure. I followed a forest trail and found myself standing before massive stone ruins, old lime kilns, rising like forgotten ziggurats lost in time. There were three of them, majestic and strange.

Pushing further, I discovered a quarry, barren and silent, as if I had landed on another planet. To top it off, a burnt-out car emerged from the eerie stillness, adding a surreal touch to the scene.

This ride reminded me once again why I love cycling: it leads me to secret places I never knew existed. Join me on this unique and captivating journey through diverse landscapes, rich history, and enigmatic mysteries.
