Hey Fam, Friends, and Fans.

This is Lloyd Bickford, aka Proverb Lexis. Welcome to the "Stress" Lyric Video.

For some background on my perspective, I spent a lot of my time wandering around after high school. I've spent time hitchhiking, traveling by greyhound bus, even walking on foot. More often than not, this was done without a clear direction or goal in life.

I spent a lot of time observing the things and the people around me as I journeyed from place to place. When I finally found some direction in life, I noticed that nothing really seemed to improve from place to place. I watched others suffer, and I watched how their suffering was often ignored and brushed aside.

I found it profoundly baffling, that as humans, we would have so little concern for one another. Deep down I knew it was wrong, but it would take many, many years for me to finally process and formulate my thoughts on these matters.

But again... even when I was younger, I knew something about it was wrong...
