Harassed by the the City of Sacramento because I didn't give them my property.

The city fined me for NOTHING and for trash tossed in my yard. The trash came from Edgar Sanchez and we had a lawsuit where he lost. Edgar Sanchez got the city to harass me because I refused to give him part of my property.
