Press Checks

The video is at 720P. I got tired of trying to mess with the GoPro just to get quick footage, so 720P it is! I don't need high resolution for this particular video.

I wanted to be a proper advocate and discuss press checks. Some folks don't like press checking for some reason. The subject sets off the fuddy folk...don't ask me why.

This is a short video discussing why it's important. If you don't know how to press check, ask a friend and practice on your own. You can also enroll in training courses to learn such things - I've not seen an instructor yet that doesn't encourage folks to press check or teach how to press check.

UPDATE: a quick note - apparently, that area of the gun isn't a witness hole, it's an extractor relief cut...which so happens that most folks use as a witness hole. :) The more you know...
