*Tried to cash-in on the success of Fritz The Cat (1972)
*Originally titled "Cheap"
*Instead of using animation and adult content to make social commentary (Like Bakshi) Charles Swenson essentially used animation to make exploitative trashy "smut"
*Touted as an "X-Rated film" it never submitted the film to the MPAA
*Critics panned it as a cheap rip-off of Fritz The Cat cash-in
*Bobby London (creator of the unrelated "Dirty Duck" comic strip) was PISSED for appropriating the charecters name.

This was (partly)the reason why the MPAA created the "X" [NC-17] Rating

This began the decline of "adult animation" thanks to movies like this
