Cost is $800 per month

You will have access to

Living room, couches, TV, streaming services

Downstairs laundry, gym, lounge area with couches, TV, and storage unit

Kitchen, stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster oven, pressure cooker, crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, plastic wrap/tinfoil/plastic baggies, etc.

Backyard, patio, Grill, smoker, fire pit

Driveway can fit 4 vehicles potentially 5 without getting in each others way one car per roommate. It’s a Corner lot so there’s plenty of street parking available to.

The people here are pretty chill. I’m the owner. My name is Dan. I have an adorable little kitty, the other 2 are a boyfriend/girlfriend roommates why have a black lab.

All the bedrooms have there own combination deadbolt lock.

I have my own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. You share the bathroom with the other roommate downstairs. There is a ton of cabinet room in the bathroom to store all of your bathroom stuff. The bathtub actually has a Jacuzzi feature so you can relax and watch Netflix.

You must pass a background check and be employed in order to be considered. The background check will be done only if I plan on accepting you to move in.
