They are intentionally avoiding autopsies.

The New Zealand government changed 'The Coroners Act' midway through the Pandemic.

Lynda Wharton: "A thorough, appropriate post mortem [for people that died] hasn't happened [because] 'The Coroners Act' was changed [and] many elderly people that passed away [didn't] get a post mortem [even] when they died within a few days of receiving the product"

The official says "there [also] has to be a 'theoretical pathway' [to prove causality]", to which Lynda Wharton answers: "Part of my submission, I sent in 3,500 peer reviewed studies [evidencing] those pathways".
