Is not a little black book or a flight manifest. The List" is what was supposed to be the outcome of an investigation created from the evidence by the investigators. THAT , is what the investigators job was. to compile a list of offenders- suspects. The List" They Failed To Make!!! this is the equivilant of comey saying there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute Hillary. It is a blatant cover up even if the evidence had disappeared to the Mossad long before this administration moved in. They should have expected missing evidence and done an investigation into that as well.
