Tensions are escalating on multiple fronts in the Middle East.

In Gaza, Israeli forces continue heavy combat operations as the ground war grinds on—41 soldiers have been killed since the last ceasefire, bringing the total during ground maneuvers to 448.

Meanwhile in the West Bank, an Israeli man was killed in a stabbing attack at a shopping center. Sources say the attackers were members of the Palestinian Authority’s security forces, raising serious questions about stability in the region.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has left Washington, where he met with President Trump and hostage families. While no agreement was reached, Netanyahu says efforts continue to secure a 60-day ceasefire and hostage release deal—but warns that if Hamas won’t meet Israel’s terms diplomatically, the IDF will enforce them by force.

In Iran, officials now confirm that part of Tehran’s 60% enriched uranium stockpile survived last month’s U.S.-Israel strikes—buried too deep to be destroyed. Israeli leaders may now be preparing a second, broader round of military action.

And in the Red Sea, Houthi militants have resumed missile and drone attacks on international shipping, prompting Israel to call on the U.S. to restart airstrikes on Houthi positions in Yemen.
