Prophecy Needs Interpreted

Why does God speak in figurative language? God often speaks in parables, in a coded symbolic language, that needs interpreted. This applies to both prophecies and dreams. Discernment and interpretation are needed to hear God's message clearly. He gives spiritual intelligence to us in an encrypted and encoded language, so that we can understand, but that the enemy can't be able to access and know the plans of God.
