Out of Service Before the Shift Starts

Occurred on July 5, 2025 / Richmond, Rhode Island, USA

Info from Licensor: "This happened when he was leaving to go back on duty after his dinner break. I wasn’t home at the time and saw this all happen via our ring camera! Clicked on my phone notification and saw him on his back with his legs in the air!! Not only did he trip… he then slid down the stairs backwards, head first. He then proceeded to try to walk it off! No injuries but definitely a hurt ego."
