JJO ACT, or how the anties hate the constitution

The anties didn’t get the verdict they wanted, so now they want to rewrite the rules.

The JJO Act lets the state ban people from the courtroom if they’re “credibly accused” of something — meaning not charged, not convicted, just inconvenient. Because that’s apparently how due process works now.

It goes straight against the First, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments, but sure, let’s act like the real threat is someone tweeting about jury duty — not the investigators deleting texts or the witnesses getting coached for hours.

They don’t care about the law. They just want the courts to do what they say.
