Liquid Lunch – The Bloody Marys! (Count as vegetables, right?)

1.5 oz (or 45 ml) vodka
4 oz (or 120 ml) tomato juice
0.25 oz (or 7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2-3 dashes Tabasco or other hot sauce, depending on your preferred level of spiciness
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of black pepper
Ice

Instructions
Prepare the glass: Moisten the rim of a tall glass (like a Collins glass) with a lemon or lime wedge, then dip it into celery salt or a mixture of salt and smoked paprika for a seasoned rim, according to Whitney Bond.
Combine ingredients: In a mixing glass or shaker, add the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
Mix well: Fill the mixing glass with ice. Instead of shaking vigorously, gently roll the mixture back and forth between two glasses or a shaker and glass to chill it without breaking up the ice crystals too much, says QVC.
Pour and garnish: Strain the Bloody Mary over fresh ice into your prepared glass.
Garnish: Common garnishes include a celery stalk, lemon or lime wedge, and pimento-stuffed green olives. Other popular garnishes include pickles, pickled green beans, asparagus, cocktail onions, cocktail shrimp, a strip of bacon, cheese, or even small sandwiches, according to A Bar Above.
