Best OC/T Weapons Qualification – Gen. Omar N. Bradley Competition 2024
Observer Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) from First Army Division West demonstrate tactical excellence and marksmanship proficiency during the Gen. Omar N. Bradley Best OC/T Competition at Joint Base Lewis–McChord (JBLM), Washington, on May 20, 2024.
Held annually, the competition evaluates Officers, Warrant Officers, and NCOs on military appearance, physical fitness, weapons qualification, and mastery of tactical and technical skills relevant to the OC/T role. Top performers will advance to represent Division West in the First Army Best OC/T Competition at Fort Stewart, Georgia, this August.
This rigorous event ensures the highest standards among the Army’s Observer Coach/Trainers—leaders who play a vital role in mentoring and preparing units for combat readiness.
