Current Leader of Hezbut Tawheed - Hossain Mohammad Salim

Born in Noakhali, Bangladesh, Hossain Mohammad Salim is a visionary leader, scholar and reformer. He stood first in National level in BSS examination and later got M.S. in Political Science. In 1999, he joined Hezbut Tawheed under the guidance of its founder and, after 12 years of dedicated service, was entrusted with leadership of the movement in 2012.

Since then, he has led the movement as a firm voice against extremism, sectarianism, misogyny, Islamophobia and social injustice. Despite suffering violent attacks and personal losses, he remains steadfast in his mission.
