49th Theater Gateway Deployment Ceremony – Alaska to Kuwait

Nine Alaska Army National Guardsmen are honored at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson ahead of their deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Spartan Shield. The 49th TG will manage personnel accountability across the CENTCOM area during their nine-month mission.
