Any inhuman fascist criminals can be granted a remit for surveillance by the crown. In fact it suits the King to have the most extreme psychopaths employed towards targeting opposition to the regime or royal corporatism anywhere. I have never had privacy or security anywhere in NATO territory which means that this is the status quo. Think of the crime that would be exposed if there were real disclosure of surveillance. And the public are paying for royal security!
