The Thermalright Frozen Prism is a really good bargain and performs well, but sadly the water pump is REALLY LOUD!
This cooler in black is also the most expensive version, the white one and even the 360mm AIO versions are cheaper than the black 240mm version, so if you have the space the 360mm is definitely the version to go for, as long as you don't mind the pump noise!

Just to clarify, my recommendation to avoid this SPECIFIC version is due to the weird pricing against the 360mm version.
The noisy pump was likely a QC or random problem. That is pretty common with mass produced "cheap" products. Although the fact that the noise profile dramatically changed when holding or putting external pressure on the pump housing means that the noise is resonant and not necessarily due to the pump being bad, but the impeller being out of alignment or the housing not being fully secured.
