No Stress Trading!

Took a solid trade this morning... but man, the stress? Totally avoidable.

I rushed in without following the 4 rules I always preach:
1️⃣ 3 confirmations minimum
2️⃣ Solid risk/reward
3️⃣ Stop loss + exit strategy
4️⃣ Know where to take profits

The trade worked, but I was tense the whole time. Why? 'Cause I didn’t prep right. And that’s the real lesson—stress usually comes from being unprepared, not from the trade itself.

Trading should feel intentional, not anxious. Let the setup come to you.
