Definition & Meaning of Bewitched / Bewitch (by Ah'Qara Batach)

..who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth.. ? (Gal 3:1)

Bewitched: to bring ill-fortune or evil upon someone by causing them to go astray through captivating them (by pleasing/enticing words, seduction, evoking spirits - sorcery/witchcraft);

Bewitch: to gain control over others by stirring up feelings of awe

Evoked spirits can vary: hate, fear, pride, cursing, even self righteousness etc... the list goes on and these are demonic spirits (think about how people move others to do what they want through manipulation (manipulation is a form of witchcraft).

Think about "movements that excite protests', spirits are stirred up and raised in people, (summoned), driving them to act

Bewitchment through enchantment: this is done by wishing, speaking or proclaiming bad luck or misfortune into others lives (witchcraft, sorcery)
