What does it mean to be Immersed in Fire?

YHUKNN(John) said in MTTYH(Mathew) 3: 11 I indeed Immerse you in Water to Repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to bear. He shall Immerse you in the RUCH ha QDSH(Holy Spirit) and Fire.
