How To Protect Microsoft Outlook from RCE and Zero Click attacks!
If you use Microsoft Outlook, then you might be aware that there have been a lot of attacks that are hard to fully patch, but in todays video we will show you how to FORCE Microsoft Office to update itself, and then also some settings to change to prevent illicit emails from using the Zero Click attack vector to compromise your system.

How to force Microsoft Outlook to update
To update Outlook, you can do the following:
Open Outlook
Select File
Select Account or Office Account
Under Product Information, select Update Options
Select Update Now
If updates are available, install them and restart Outlook

You can also enable automatic updates for Microsoft Office:
Start any program
Select File
Select Account or Office Account
On the right side, select Update Options
Select Enable Updates
If prompted, select Yes to allow Microsoft Office to make changes to your computer

Here's how to disable automatic picture downloads in Outlook:
Go to File
Options
Trust Center
Trust Center Settings
Automatic Download
Check the box that says Don't download pictures automatically in standard HTML e-mail messages or RSS items

You can also disable automatic picture downloads in Outlook in Microsoft 365 by going to the Automatic Download tab and selecting or clearing the options.
